Q. Does a new Agent permission require the administrator (Admin) approval before it becomes active?

Q. What is user confirmation?
A. After a Member or an Agent registers, he/she will receive an email that states, “You are registered now, but you must be approved by the site administrator before your account is active.
The administrator has been notified of your application and will respond as soon as possible.” After the site administrator approved you, you will receive a confirmation email that states “Your Name,
Your account has been activate. Please click the link below to login.”
Q. How is payment made?
A. Payment to Autoshop.name is made via a secure page on our site that is securely hosted by PayPal.

A. Accounts are activated 24 hours after your payment is received.
Q. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A. Yes. Refunds are issued if request is made within 24 hours after your payment.

Q. What is the “Create New Listing”?
A. After an Agent has register and made payment, he/she will receive a confirmation email. Once, he/she signs in to their account, they will see a logo “Create New Listing”. This is where an Agent (business owner) will select a listing category for their business.
